What type of document are you trying to convert - doc, docx, docm, etc.?

Is this a licensed copy of Office, or a trial version?

How are you running officetopdf.exe - through the command line or in another way?

Which version of .net4 do you have installed and is everything up-to-date with Windows updates?

Would it be possible to attach a copy (or email it to of the file you are trying to convert so we can test here?

You may want to try doing a Repair on your Office installation ( to see if this helps.

Thanks for the sample document. We can not replicate any problems when converting the file.

Is the error message you sent in your original question the complete error you're seeing?

Try to un-install and then re-install Office. This should hopefully fix all the COM references used on your system.
